Maria Harris
As founder of the FHC (and previously founder of Polegate Podiatry and Health Clinic) Maria has helped hundreds of patients across East Sussex in pain management. With over 20 years’ extensive bodywork experience in Podiatry, Chiropody, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports massage and Pilates our expert understands how the things “we do or don’t do” can result in pain and discomfort. Maria can quickly establish the nature of the problem throughout the body Getting you back on your feet…FAST.

Caroline Hollands

Caroline Hollands
Caroline with over 20 years’ NHS and private practice experience provides a friendly professional consultation. With a wealth of knowledge in pain management she will be able to quickly assess diagnose and provide a plan to alleviate discomfort and discuss with you a long term solution for managing your joint or soft tissue problems.
Caroline is available for appointments at FHC on Wednesdays.

Joined us over a year ago from graduating at University of Brighton with a BSc (hons) in Podiatry.
Previously a receptionist at our clinic from a carers background Sarah’s interest and passion for healthcare shone through.
Sarah has spent the last year developing her skills in Podiatry and now has her own caseload. Special interests include dermatology and diabetes foot management.

EAR WAX REMOVAL
Our audiologist is a HCPC and RCCP registered who provides professional earwax removal services, involving micro-suction and irrigation techniques. At our Polegate clinic, he uses a multi-method approach to safely and efficiently remove earwax. He is fully qualified, fully insured and an expert in conditions of the ear. Friendly, professional and knowledgable he will give you an honest opinion on what can be done to help you improve your hearing.

Mandy Richardson
Counsellor
Mandy Richardson
Mandy holds a BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling, a Higher National Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and is a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP). Mandy spent 14 years as a Counsellor specialising in addiction, but she also provides support for clients dealing with bereavement, loss and mental health conditions. Whether she’s helping a client to overcome an addiction to smoking or supporting them through a difficult time, Mandy’s integrative sessions ensures she can always always adapt her approach to meet your individual needs.
Mandy is available for appointments at FHC every evening and on Saturdays.

Emily recently moved from childcare as a level 3 Early years practitioner to reception in a healthcare setting.
When not at work she enjoys being creative and at the moment is writing a fantasy fiction novel.
Hiu Fong
Physiotherapist
Hiu Fong
Hiu is a chartered physiotherapist specialises in sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. He has extensive experience working with clients ranging from athletes preparing for the Olympic to individuals with chronic conditions. He believes everyone is different and is happy to work with every client in developing an individualized rehabilitation plan including exercises and manual therapy.
Hiu is available for appointments on Mondays.
